Yes. You can send message to foreign countries with the same price to France.
For technical reasons, you can't send SMS to Jamaïca, Barbados and Algeria. |

13. When can the recipient recieve my message ?
Almost immediately. Except that the mobile of the recipient is closed, he/she will recieve the message when he opens his mobile in this case, only if his/her inbox is not full. Exactly like a message sent from mobile to mobile. |
14. Can my friend reply to my message ?
The recipient of your message will see your mobile number which is displayed as the sender of the message. |
15. I want to recieve the reply from the recipient on my mobile and not in my Email, is that possible ?
Yes, this is exactly what we do. You receive the reply on the mobile. No reply to your Email or to your online phenixsms account. |

17. How to know how many messages left in my account ?

22. How many characters can I send in one websms ?
You can write up to 145 per sms (espaces inclus). (space included). More than that, every 145 characters is counted as 1 more sms.
! Note ! The length of your sms is actually 160. Phenixsms takes automatically 15 characters for an insert "phenixsms.com". This is a security concern : the recipient have the right to know the source of the message. |
23. How can I know the length of my websms ?
Every time you write a message, you can see the indicator under the text zone “total sms” and “number of characters” to check the length of sms. |
24. When I type the message, I see the red sign “SMS Unicode” appears, what does it mean ?
Unicode is an industry standard allowing computers and mobile to display and use text expressed in any of the world's writing systems. When this sign comes up, it means that there are non-English characters or complex symbol (such as "[" ou "€" ) in your message. Because of the complexity of Unicode, the length of sms including Unicode is limited in 45 characters. |
25. Can I keep a message that I have sent ?
Yes, you click « sent messages » and you can find all the messages you have sent from your account. |
26. what do differents status mean in « SENT MESSAGES » ?
Waiting to be sent : the message is waiting to be sent
Message sent : the message has been sent, but your recipient hasn’t receive it.
Reception confirmed : your recipient has well received the message. |
27. Am I able to trace my purchase record ?
Yes, you have 2 ways :
You can check in « purchase history » to see all your purchases.
You can check all the invoices sent to your email box. |
28. For how luch time can the credit in my account would be valid ?
For online package purchase, 60 days for the pack of 5 and 10 euros, 90 days for the pack of 15 euros and 120 days for 20 euros pack. In most cases, the duration of your credit is longer than the mobile sms.
For sending sms with a Phenix Phone Card, the validity is as long as the registered Phone Card. |
